The short version: be cool, do not break the courts, do not break anyone playing on them. The longer version is below.

The basics.

When you reserve a court, a bay, or a buyout, you agree to show up at the time you booked. Cancel through our booking service at least 24 hours ahead so we can release the slot for someone else.

We supply paddles, balls, and clubs. Treat them like you would your own. If something breaks during normal play, that is on us. If you break something deliberately, that is on you.

Liability.

Pickleball, golf simulators, and the bar all involve normal grown-up risks. You play and drink at your own risk. Our booking service has the waiver. Sign it before your first session.

Refunds.

Court reservations are refundable if canceled at least 24 hours ahead. Membership dues are non-refundable but you can pause anytime. Private events have their own contract.

Changes.

We may update these terms when something material changes. If we do, we will post the new version here and put a note in the next member email.
