The short version: we collect the minimum we need to run the building, book courts, and keep the email list useful. We do not sell your information.

What we collect.

When you book a court or a bay, we use a third-party booking service to handle the reservation. The booking service collects the name, email, and phone you give them. Their privacy policy applies to that data.

When you sign up for menu drops and league updates, we collect your email. We send a few updates a month. You can unsubscribe at any time.

When you fill out the application form, we use Jotform. They store your application and we read it. Their privacy policy applies to that data.

When you load this site, we use standard server logs (IP, browser, page, referrer) for security and uptime monitoring. We do not run third-party analytics that profile you across sites.

Cookies.

We use one cookie to remember whether you dismissed the announcement bar at the top of the page. That is it. No tracking cookies. The Google Maps embed on /visit/contact loads its own cookie only if you tap to load the map.
